Toronto’s Transform TO strategy will require existing buildings to decarbonize by 2040. Devon Stopps from City of Toronto will present the City of Toronto’s Net Zero Existing Buildings Strategy that identifies nine key policy actions the City will take to accelerate the uptake of retrofits by home and building owners while maximizing potential benefits and minimizing potential harms to building owners and tenants.
