This webinar reviews the leading practices for municipal EV ready requirements for new construction and discussed the potential policy levers municipalities can use to advance EV readiness standards within their community. Information on cost study data prepared for BC municipalities was shared and information on an upcoming study that CAP and AES Engineering will be undertaking to develop an Ontario EV ready costing study that will compare costs at time of construction versus retrofits post-construction.
