This project identifies integrated research and management mechanisms for urban foresters to ensure forest management programs are designed to consider the impacts of climate change and climate change adaptation strategies. The project, in collaboration with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, brings together urban forestry professionals from academia, research, government and local action groups to ascertain the optimal courses of action for urban foresters to pursue in the face of a changing climate.
