Green Doors Open 2008
The Clean Air Partnership and the Ontario Ministry of Public Infrastructure Renewal and Ontario Heritage Trust are working in partnership through Doors Open Ontario. The Clean Air Partnership wishes to thank our partners for their support in helping to profile Ontario's green buildings.
There are green buildings located in communities all across the province and Doors Open Ontario provides an excellent opportunity for the public to explore buildings that protect and work in harmony with our natural environment. Green buildings help to reduce stresses on our natural environment by minimizing the impacts of human settlement and are a key ingredient in promoting healthier and more sustainable communities.
There are a range of buildings on this site, many are in communities where Doors Open tours are held and some buildings listed are included for recognition, interest and education purposes and are not part of any tours in 2008.
